Donald Taylor

Don has officiated football for twenty-seven seasons. Twenty-six seasons at the High School level, five seasons at Community College level, seven seasons at the Division 1AA level, and six seasons at the Division 1A level in the Officials Developmental Program.

Over the years Don's passion became training and development of officials which led to the Southern California Football Officials Clinic (SCFOC).

The SCFOC has assisted in the training of football officials nationwide. Our alumni are working in a vast majority of NCAA Conferences and in the National Football League.

Reed Brotherton

Reed Brotherton is an Assistant Principal in Phoenix, Arizona. This will be his 5th year volunteering and supporting the Southern California Football Officials Clinic. Currently, Reed is a Referee in Conference USA.

Amro Hassanin

Amro is a software engineer residing in Peoria, Arizona. He is married to his beautiful wife, Grace, and has 2 children; Iman and Nafeesa. They support his love of football officiating. Amro started officiating in 2010 at the high school level. He began officiating college in 2017 and currently works junior college football in Arizona and Southern California. He also donated his time and expertise to assist with this year's SoCal Clinic website.
